Welcome to the first Homesure Installations Ltd news letter.

It has been a very busy time for Homesure Installations Limited not only for our installation engineers out on site but also for our management and office based staff, who have been very busy working on the launch of this website, of which we are very proud.

The "CREDIT CRUNCH" is affecting each and every one of us in one way or another but don't despair there are ways to beat it if you know where to look, read on for some ideas you way not of considered, before now!

With the uncertainty of the countries financial stability and economy ever at the forefront of our minds it would appear that the discerning customer of today is looking towards home improvements, extensions and renovations as the way to go. Homesure Installations & Building Services is currently expanding to incorporate all your needs.

With the onset of spring upon us and the moving of the clock forward, we will have more daylight to enjoy. Imagine sitting in your conservatory, watching your garden come to life as flowers bloom, entertaining on balmy evenings, this could be you. A new conservatory purchased now will be your haven in the summer months ahead an economical way of getting that extra space with the convenience of it being multi purposeful. 

EDGETECH SUPER SPACER

Homesure Installations Limited have been moving with the times! Most of our customers have very positive ideas on their carbon footprint and how to reduce it. During our very informal chats, we find this is always a worry on their minds and we at Homesure Installations Limited are mindful of their concerns and also ours, therefore we have become a registered member of Edgetech.  This incredible spacer bar used in conjunction with the correct glass creates an energy efficient sealed unit, therefore raising the windows energy rating (more details of this can be found within the technical information section in the services section of our website.)

SECURITY

Allow us to introduce to you our new optional High Security Lock

A Cylinder free Multi Point Lock, this lock is based on the traditional lever mechanism that mortice locks have used for years, combine this with the technology of today and you are left with a lock that meets the requirement of PAS 23/24 and Secured by Design(recognised and endorsed by the police Force).

Because of the 5 lever patented system there is no need for a cylinder, this being the case, there is no worry that would be intruders can manipulate, snap or remove it, always feels good to have peace of mind where your homes security is involved.

NEW COLOUR CHOICES

Along with our already complete selection of Window and Door frame finishes, we are now able to offer a warm white for those who want a traditional white window, but not the blue white shade.
