Roofline products are manufactured using Lead Free, Calcium-Zinc based PVCu and cellular PVCu Building Products.
The PVCu skin in Calcium Zinc is stabilised for its exceptional weatherability and UV resistance.

Roofline and Rainwater Products are resistant to acids, alkalis and pollutants.
Roofline products are accredited by the British Agrement Board (BBA)

Bargeboards, Fascia, Soffits
Colour Fastness: Pinking (the colour effect from products that are not lead free) is guaranteed not to occur, natural colour fading will occur gradually over the lifetime of the product.

Roofline and Cladding Materials conform to BS7619: 1993 & BS 1554:1990
Profile thickness varies but in general it is between 450 & 600KG/M3

Fire Resistance
This can only be applied to the complete assembly
Cellular PVC conforms to the following: BS476 pt 6 1989, Resistance to fire propagation class 1 & BS476 pt7 1987, resistance to the spread of flame class1Y
Thermal Resistivity: this is usually talked about in terms of U-Value. Due to the variety of profiles the thermal performance can only be generalised between 0.06 and 0.1 W/MK

Guttering
Homesure Installations Limited are able to provide you with a choice of High Quality Rainwater Systems to include colour options of White, Black and Brown.

An "age old problem" with the standard dark coloured guttering was the expansion of the PVC due to the absorption of heat, Homesure Installations Limited have over come this by using an innovative Rainwater System that is manufactured with an internal white lining. Test results show that white surfaces that are exposed to heat, only attain a surface temperature of 10 degrees centigrade over the air temperature whilst black or darker colours can rise a further 30-40 degrees and this can then lead to the PVC softening, Using the two colour/layered system, excessive expansion can be dramatically reduced.

BS EN 12200 PVC-U Rainwater Systems for use externally above the ground
BS EN 607 For Eaves, Gutters and Fittings made from PVC-U
BS EN 1462 Brackets for eaves gutters.

Rainfall
In the United Kingdom there is a varied rainfall so tests are carried out on Rainwater Products taking a maximum of 75mm per hour
The amount of rainfall collected by a roof area will determine the guttering system recommended. A roof area calculation will be required and undertaken on site survey.
